EN:: this is the page of the project “strategic litigation for legal and sustainable urban planning” of the NGO sustainable sighisoara – sighisoara durabila – nachhaltiges schaessburg – fenntarthato segesvar in transylvania/romania. the project is financed through the partnership foundation in miercurea ciuc/csikszereda.

we have 5 (five) administrative lawsuits so far against the townhall of sighisoara. on april 22nd we’ve lost at the court of appeal in targu mures/marosvasarhely lawsuit no. 1 concerning the selling of the sighisoara football stadium to KAUFLAND retail company. the decision is very surprising, even shocking… therefore we are planning to address the supreme court of romania as well as the european court of human rights in strassbourg

RO:: acesta este blogul proiectului “litigiu strategic pentru dezvoltare urbana legala si durabila” a asociatiei sighisoara durabila, finantat de fundatia pentru parteneriat din miercurea ciuc. la ora actuala avem pe rol 5 (cinci) procese de contencios administrativ impotriva CL/primariei sighisoara. din pacate, in 22. 04. 2008 curtea de apel tg. mures a respins cererea asociatiei SD de a revoca HCL privind vanzarea stadionului municipal sighisoara catre firma de retail KAUFLAND. este o decizie mai mult decat surprinzatoare, sfidatoare chiar, cu puternic iz politic in ajun de camapnie electorala… in consecinta avem in vedere sa ne adresam ICCJ din Bucuresti si CEDO, la strassbourg, in scopul revizuirii sentintei.
